The My WM mobile app makes it easy to manage accounts on the go. Getting started is easy and you can log in with your wm.com email and password. If you haven’t signed-up for a My WM online account yet you can complete first-time registration through the app. The My WM app allows you to: Manage Payments • Pay your bill • Enroll in autopay or paperless billing • View payment history • Cancel scheduled payments Keep Track of Pickups • View pickup schedule • Report a missed pickup • Request an extra pickup • View estimated pickup time • View holiday schedule and weather alerts Manage Your Service Account • Manage/link multiple accounts • Add/view payment methods • Contact customer support • Request a container repair Edit your My WM Profile • Edit profile settings • Update your communication preferences • Provide feedback • See alerts for Reschedules, Service Delays & General Info For Roll-Off Customers Only • Request a roll-off pickup • View roll-off history • Copy/resubmit pickup requests • Request a removal or relocation • View roll-off history • Edit or cancel a roll-off request For get help or if you have questions, contact WM directly at mywm@wm.com. Hazardous waste or special/profiled wastes may require validation of your profile expiration date and permit applicability. This could impact the removal of your materials within the 24-hour window.

The app is not letting me add my checking account. When I tap "ADD", it just puts the progress circle up then freezes for awhile before changing to a screen that has a check box for "Pretty Print" then under that there are two braces {} with no text between them. (And charging me $9.99 for using my debit card (which is linked to the same checking account your app won't let me input) is predatory in my opinion. That's a whole day's worth of meals for this poor old man!)

Didn't notify me of payment problems that were due to the app not saving my replacement card number after my account was compromised months ago. Apparently my bank was just allowing payments to continue for a few months on the old card number due to the recurring nature, but I got no notifications in my email or on the app or text message stating that I was overdue.

Review of App, not Waste collection. the app is better than my review, but I gotta say the extra charge for paying with a card just burns me up. I could mail a check or even cash - causing them the labor and management of paper - and not be charged the "convenience fee," I could relinquish my security and have them pull it from my account automatically each month and not pay the fee, but if I transfer funds electronically with a card I also have to pay the "convenience fee." Who's convenience?
