Ok for paying bills & reporting outages but I wish there was more to be done within the app, like the things the app look like it's going to allow only to eventually direct you to call customer service-enrolling in budget billing, scheduling home energy assessment, etc. Beyond that, the periodic "error has occurred" issue that pops up when I'm trying to get in to pay my bill is a bit irksome.

from 2018 to a week ago I could login and now the site and app says they have encounter an error. I contacted duke and they claim my account does not have a online account which I do and I try to tell them since 2018 I have had an account. but they are no help.

Tried to fix something that wasn't broken to begin with. Cant get past that stupid "verifying" screen when I just want to log in and pay my bill. The old website, I had no problems with. Now, its a damn nightmare. please don't let IT workers switch to work on the power lines.... 🙄 Edit: Upped to to 2 stars. Was finally able to get in after going around the app, going into incognito mode in the web browser, and trying that way. Then and only then, would the "verifying" loop say Success.. SMDH
