Tracking codes don't work in the app. I have gotten many that start with DHL thrn get transfered to USPS for final delivery. It seems to be a different kind of tracking number. Either way... these tracking codes NEVER work. They always say that it is not a valid tracking number. But it is, cause when I click the link in my email, it goes to the DHL website and works. So frustrating. What's the point t of the app.

I encountered an issue while attempting to set up an account; an error message stating "Something went wrong, please try again" appeared beneath the phone number entry field, despite my number being correctly entered. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unsuccessful in creating an account.

I have had a shipment that was supposed to be at my door yesterday but was on hold for no reason at all. on top of that since it was on a Friday I have no way of accessing any human customer services. But even then I cannot safely say that even they are reliable if that is the type of delivery services you provide for my daily hobbies.
