Cinemark is my preferred theater. I like the reservations, the loungers and the beer. The app is okay, but it's starting to become annoying. On the good side, it makes selecting and reserving a movie simple.You can also check your points status and order snacks and drinks. On the bad side, when you make a reservation, they throw all of these "offers" at you. It used to be one or two, but they're up to four ads, now. The number is growing, where will it stop?

The app is fine. No issues with ordering tickets or food. The only issue I'm having right now is that it's not saving movies. I literally just added 3 movies to my watch list but when I click on watch list it shows nothing. It tells me how to add to my watch list but it doesn't show any of the movies I have added.

Clean, comfortable and relaxing. Update: The app is frustrating. I select my seat, then the app shows cart is empty, or if i get all the way to purchase, it says Error, something wrong try again later. 😡 Then i have to wait about an hour for the seat to become available again. Many times i do this 3 or more times until successfully getting my seat. All this and I'm a platinum member so i deal with this A LOT!!!! Downgraded 5 stars to 3 stars until this is fixed.
