This is a very useful, user friendly tool and quite easy to navigate. It made the task of conveying information much easier as you are able to utilize this method at any time of day and are not restricted to only accessing the company during "business hours". Makes for a much easier process.

I walked in expecting to deal with the same routine with trying to get the help I need. I instantly picked up on, the vibes. He has a great personality, he doesn't beat around the bush, is very thorough and very knowledgeable. We went over basically step by step what the deal was, the issues with my case being complicated, but also giving me the needed information to help myself to get it in order, everyone's case is different and I left feeling great and faithful, definitely recommend.

This app is convenient and has helped put my mind at ease. Beforehand I wouldn't be able to get ahold of anyone. With Case Status I'm able to know at what stage the case was at, what is required for me to do. I can let them know of any appointments. This app deserves all 5 Stars.
