It's been mostly fine. However I am shocked that in the age of digital inventory, items that are unavailable don't show up as being so until you're almost done checking out, which makes your whole shopping experience an enormous waste of time. You have to start the payment process all the way over, as you cannot delete the unavailable item from the payment screen. If I cannot trust website inventory, how can I shop at all?

The new app is far better than the previous one. I haven't used it a whole lot so I'm hesitant to give it more stars. It loads faster. Doesn't freeze/crash. Cart loads faster. Cart edits are faster. The company banner at the top no longer randomly distorts. Checkout is faster. Negatives: you can't add/edit your Love-it List from the app. The Help/FAQs didn't answer this. You have to go to the website to do add/edit the Love-it List. The app has no way to give feedback about the app.

I like the new update to the app, but I can't figure out how to add products to my love it list in the app. I also preferred the way that we could see products with a few showing at one time instead of just a couple. Takes more time to look at everything. Also, when looking at items, it shows that they are available for pick up in store but when I go to check out, it only shows available for shipping.
