ZIPS is by far the best convenient carwash facility in McKinney. Kudos to the entire staff....these guys hussle staying on top of everything from customer engagement to keeping cleaning supplies stocked and the bay areas well maintained. The promo offers are an added perk. I'm definitely a satisfied ZIPS member.

Love how easy the app is for anyone to use. You can do anything with your membership and even earn points for free washes using this app.

I wish it was easier to merge the vehicles I have on the original plan that I signed up for in person to the app. Currently you can't do it with out the knowledge of knowing you won't get double billed. I'd like some sort of confirmation that this won't happen as it currently asks you to put another source of payment to merge the vehicles. I'd like to add a 3rd vehicle to my plan but won't, knowing that double billing is a real thing. This is a big that should be fixed.
