I love the free professional video chat. The professional walked me through checking out my dryer. If I could fix the problem myself, I had help "at my finger tips". Unfortunately, the solution was not so simple this time, but It was helpful to determine what the problem with my dryer was before the repair person arrived.

I've had a warranty with them since 2021, and even with their yearly rate increases, im way ahead on $$ I've gotten several repairs as well as a new $1600 washer, a new $9,000 heating and ac system (inside and out) and a new bosch dishwasher. Scheduling a repair online literally takes under 1 minute, and within 5 minutes they have assigned a company for the repair, as well as scheduled an appointment. the appointments are usually within a week. copay used to be $50 now its $125 +tax
