Finishline is 100 percent about taking care of customers. I have ordered off the app a few times now and they are allways on point. Now there are a few things they can't control. One being multiple items ordered during a single purchase. Let me explain. I ordered three pairs of shoes one night only two were delivered. Two months went by I realized I wasn't going to get a pair. After addressing the problem with salesperson I was taken care of immediately with options. I chose a refund. I got it.

My time on this app is so frustrating. Nothing seems to work properly. It signs me out all the time, and when signing back in, it says my account is denied. I don't use any bots or other programs. All the hassle is such a turn-off. If you want consumers to start using the app for all these drops, maybe fix the app so it can handle the traffic. It's literally garbage for the small guy like me just trying to get some shoes.

This is probably the glitchiest, most inconsistent app for any major shoe retailer. Forget about trying to get a popular shoe on release day, the app won't even open. If you get lucky enough to even use the app, it's riddled with errors during releases. The in-store raffle entries are the only thing that make this app sort-of worth it, but I have yet to win one of those either.
