For those having trouble with logging in. First off, you should've clicked around the app before giving up and giving the app a bad review. Second if you click loyalty and the little face in a circle at the bottom, you can log in with your Facebook just like on the website. Great app. Easy to use. Super smooth.

For using the app to place my order, Zox granted me access to shop a few minutes before the release. On limited-edition Zox, those few minutes determine if the strap you want is sold out or not. Also, because the app was super fast and easy to navigate I was able to get two limited-addition Halloween Straps before they sold out! I will be ordering through the app more often. #ZOXON

I LOVE Zox! they have the best customer service and real people get back to right away (business days). Erika and Brandon have been a big help. I recommend them not only for their customer service but their bracelets and watch bands are awesome. High quality, limited edition, and special.
